BRAZIL NUT POWDER contains a rather simplified nutritional profile in comparison with other Amazonian foods, representing approximately 70% fat and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids comprised of palmitic, oleic, and linoleic and alpha linolenic acids and small amounts of myristic and stearic acids and phytosterols, plus17% protein and dietary fiber.

BRAZIL NUT POWDER also contains amino acids such as cysteine (8%) and methionine (18%), and is rich in glutamine, glutamic acid, arginine and selenium.
